PUNJAB National Bank has revised the rates of interest on non-resident external & NRNR scheme for deposits with effect from April 19. The rate of interest on NRE term deposits for three years and above has been reduced to 10.0 per cent from 15.0 per cent.
The interest on NRNR deposits with maturity of two to three year has also been reduced to 10.5 per cent
from 11 per cent. The rate of deposits on NRE/NRNR deposits in all other maturities will remain unchanged. |
