The
residential school was established in 1996 for girls and boys.
School is a blend of the modern Public School system and the
traditional Indian Gurukul culture. It offers complete
education for the body, mind & spirit of child and
thus ensuring an integrated personality. The school is nestled
among green orchards and serene meadows so that student can
learn and grow in undisturbed environment. The education is
offered to students from all over India and abroad. |

The school is affiliate to the Council for
the Indian School Certificate Examinations (former Anglo-Indian Education Board), New
Delhi. The ICSI (class X) certificate is recognised for higher secondary studies in UK and
Australia apart from Board of intermediate education and universities all over India. |

| Location |
The school is located on a 30 acre campus at
Toopran Town in the Medak District of Andhra Pradesh on the National Highway No.7 which
connects Kashmir and Kanyakumari. The campus could be reached from the Hyderabad Airport
and Secunderabad Railway Station by road. It is a 50 minute drive on the
Secunderabad-Nagpur highway. |

The school offers classes from 1st to 10th
standard.
The educational plan of the school is based
on the physical, mental, intellectual, aesthetic, social & ethical, emotional and
spiritual. The school offers facilities of yoga, swimming pool, fine arts and clubs.
The education stress is laid on high quality
of spoken and written English. The council of school offers a wide range of 20
subjects such as commerce, physical education, music etc for students to choose any 5
areas based on the interest or aptitude or ambition at the class IX level itself which no
other secondary board or council in India is offering. |

| Admission Procedure
The application and registration form can be
obtained from the school. Prospectus and application form is issued on payment of Rs.150/-
each, at the city office, Secunderabad and the Campus office, Toorpran.
Following should accompany the application
for registration.

A non-refundable registration fee of Rs.350/- payable in
cash or an 'account payee' demand draft drawn in favour of 'Abhyasa Residential Public
School' payable at any bank at Secunderabad.

Photo copies of the documents mentioned behind the
application form.
The last date for registration will depend
upon the vacancies available in each class. Registration of candidate by the school does
not entitle a candidate to be considered for admission or even entrance test.
The entrance test the interview of candidates
will be conducted in last week of April and the last week of May depending on the
vacancies. The candidate will be tested with regard to the basis knowledge. The date of
the entrance test and the syllabus for the test will be duly informed at the time of
registration.
The admissions are purely based on the
merit basis. The academic year commenced 5th June of every year. |

| Facilities Offered |
Hostel - The school offers a simple but comfortable hostel accomodation with spacious
dormitories, individual cots, cup boards, hot water bath, laundry, hair saloon, tailor
shop and STD communication facilities. There are separate hostel facilities for boys and
girls. A 24 hour security ensures total safety of the children. The smaller children are
assisted by ayahs for bath and dressing up. |

Medicine - The doctors are available for emergencies round the clock. The
