| The Ashok Hall Girls'
residential
school was founded by Mr.B.K.Birla and Dr.Mrs.Sarala Birla on June 6, 1993. Within a short
span of time the school became one of the premier educational institute in the country. It
is the first Indian school to be awarded with the ISO-9002. The school is spread over the
area of 25 acres in the quite serenity of lower Himalayas. |

The subject consist of English,

| Admission
Procedure |
The prospectus includes the
registration form. The registration for admission opens in January. However, submission of
registration form does not guarantee admission. The school conducts and admission test
either at Calcutta, Majkhali, Delhi or Mumbai. Admission start from class IV, in other
classes it is subject go vacancies. The Transfer Certificate must be produced at the time
of admission. |

| Academic
Year |
The academic year commences from
the first week of February for Classes VIII to X and board candidates and concluded
in the third week of December. For classes IV to VII the academic session starts from
April and concludes in the middle of December. |

| Fee |
| Fee are to be paid in two
instalments in the course of year. If submission of fee gets delayed a fine would be
charges. |

Boarding - There are four boarding houses for the girls and separate residential facilities for
staff. The house mistress is primary responsible for the students. The large and
rity dormitories are constructed for maximum light and space. Bathrooms are modern with
running hot and cold water, television, music, indoor games etc. |

Food - The high standard cuisine is maintained, well balanced Vegetarian meals including eggs
are provided. Menus are prepared with the guidance of trained nutritionists in Calcutta. |

Classrooms are airy, well lit and
spacious, well equipped library, science laboratories equipped with audiovisual teaching
aids, learning kits and the apparatus for experiments. |
