How do you go about it?

name of the Company in which you hold the Debentures / Bonds / Deposits and the Registrar
& Transfer Agent (RTA), if any, who deals with the Debenture / Bond / Deposit
activities of the Company. Also, provide us with further details in this regard as shown
in the Investor
Grievance Form. This helps us in solving your grievance faster so that you can
relax while we tackle your problems!
