Your are working hard for your family.  Naturally, you opted for the best investments back home at India.  They are the best ways no doubt,  but there are so many bottlenecks that give you sleepless hours.

  • you subscribed to shares in the best issues/private placement(IPO), but your letter of allotment is nowhere around;

  • you paid for debentures/bonds/deposits/units but they are not delivered to you so far;

  • you applied for transfer of shares and other securities long back but it is still hanging fire;

Your grievance could also relate to non-receipt of the relevant certificates / warrants / maturity amounts after transfer / transmission / splitting / endorsement / conversion / consolidation / sub-division / bonus issue / surrender of allotment letter / submission of indemnity bond for duplicate or any other reason.

How do you go about it?  

Simple! Just provide us with the name of the Company / Organisation in which you hold the relevant securities and the Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA), if any, who deals with the registry activities relating to those securities. Also, provide us with further details in this regard as shown in the Investor Grievance Form. This helps us in solving your grievance faster so that you can relax while we tackle your problems! 

What happens next?

Once your grievance is lodged, you will be given a unique grievance id. Using this, you can Check the status of your grievance and also provide us with any details required further.
