Atul Tucker holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai and then later completed his Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.

He also completed Master of Business Administration from Loyola University, Chicago, IL. He has a wide experience of more than 30 years in telecommunication and computer industry sectors. Prior to founding Attronica, Atul served in various financial, sales, marketing, and technology executive management positions, including General Manager at Tri-Electronics and Assistant Vice President for Marketing at American Satellite Corporation.

Atul is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Attronica. Co-founding Attronica in 1983, Atul has grown the company from a small business of five employees to over seventy employees, three locations, and revenues reaching $67 million in 2000.  Attronica is a profitable enterprise which has achieved excellent growth. The consistency of Attronica's ownership and growth is unique in this dynamic industry.
