Iraq urged for investment in Andhra Pradesh

According to State Minister for Major Industries, Vidhyadhar Rao, Andhra Pradesh is the only state in south India to have sufficient power and water for industrial use.

He was addressing a seminar on Business opportunities between Iran an Andhra Pradesh. He said the state provides a good ground work for investment in sectors like health, insurance, information technology and infrastructure sectors. 

He urged the delegation which has come to invest in the state and take advantage of its pro active policies.

The Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry has conducted the seminar which was beneficial to the 38 member Iranian delegation. The delegation was headed by Ghulam Hussain Muzaffary, Deputy Director of Planning, Governor of Khorasan Province.
