NRI Viren Rastogi accused of shredding documents

London based NRI Viren Rastogi, Chief Executive of metal trading firm RBG Group has been accused of shredding documents before police could his residence following an investigation of the credit fraud case. Viren Rastogi is Britain's wealthiest Asian businessmen.

The fraud case is considered to be around $200 million. Rastogi has been out on bail since he was charged on February 14. He has surrendered his passport and is required to attend to police every Monday, Wednesday and Friday of every week.
