Dubai Customs ready for September IMF meet
Dubai Customs has expressed its readyness to welcome the delegations who will come to participate in the annual meeting of the board of governors of the World Bank Group and International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Dubai from September 17 to 24.
Acting Director General of Dubai Customs Hamad Fadhil al Mazroui said that the general administration of the customs inspection reinstated 60 inspectors to facilitate all inspection procedures and organised a workshop for the inspectors in cooperation with Dubai Television.
He said a working team was formed to be present 24 hours at all customs offices at the Dubai International Airport and Cargo Village, adding that annual leaves for the customs directors and other senior staff were cancelled or postponed. |
